Most of the regional funds have changed their application period into a uniform time to apply for grants, which is from January 10 to February 10, 2009. Most regional funds have also taken theelectronic grant application system into use.
Please note the few exceptions: Kymenlaakso, North Karelia, North Ostrobothnia and Central Finland Regional Funds.
